Home Remedies For Acne Scarring – Top 8 Home Remedies!

Many medical treatments exist that can be used to aid in the removal of acne scars. If you want to save money on the coast of a medical procedure, look at home remedies to try. #1 Use Ice

Soothing your skin with ice is a good home remedy to remove acne scars from the skin. Ice soothes the skin to help reduce inflammation and aid in the healing process. To do this, rub a piece of ice over your skin that has acne scars for at least 15 minutes. Repeat this process three to four times each day for it to be effective.

#2 Lemon Juice

If you want to lighten your skin tone while removing acne scars, use lemon juice. Squeeze the juice out of a fresh lemon and apply it to the affected areas of the skin. Let the lemon juice stay on the skin for at least 20 minutes and then wash it off. This is an effective way to remove acne scars when you do this at night before you go to bed and early in the morning.

#3 Vinegar

Many skin related problems can be healed faster with the help of vinegar including acne scars. Apply a small amount of apple cider vinegar to a cotton ball. Rub the cotton ball over the affected areas of your skin where acne scars are present. Do this between 10 and 15 minutes before washing it off. Repeat this process up to two times each day.

#4 Cucumber

This vegetable is a good home remedy to lighten scars on the skin. Salons and spas will use this method to soothe the skin. Inflammation is reduced and the skin begins to heal faster. To do this, put one or two cucumbers in your refrigerator to chill. Cut one-quarter inch slices from the cucumber and place the cut pieces over the acne scars on your skin. Leave the slices on your skin up to 30 minutes.

#5 Baking Soda

This product is a natural cleanser that you can use to relive various skin conditions such as scars caused by acne. Create a paste by mixing baking soda with water. Rub a damp towel over the acne scars on the skin and then apply the baking soda paste. Do this in a circular motion for at least 15 minutes. Rinse off the baking soda with lukewarm water.

#6 Steam

Steam is a great way to moisten the skin. This method will also help to heal acne scars that are on your skin. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil on your stove. Turn off the heat and cover the head with a towel. Lean over the steaming pot for at least three minutes. Repeat this process at least twice a day if your skin can tolerate the steam.

#7 Mineral Crystal

Faster healing of scars caused by acne pimples can be done using mineral crystal with alum. Look for a product called deodorant rocks at a local health store. Rub this product over the affected areas of skin.

#8 Vitamin E

This is a great product to help heal scar tissue. Look of a bottle of vitamin E liquid at a health store or a vitamin store. If you cannot find vitamin E liquid, look for gel caps to drain. Rub the liquid on the scars two to three times per day. The scars will begin to heal and go away.
